Our experience with Button and Sprung has been a very good one. We made an appointment to visit the Fulham store in June 2021 and were given unhurried access to their upstairs "sleep room" where all the beds available for sale were available to test. For us this was far better than the traditional department store approach where just a few examples from many different manufacturers are available. This can be confusing and makes comparisons so difficult. We spent ages lying on each bed and were able to compare them against each other, finding to our surprise that the most comfortable for us was not the most expensive. Having decided upon the mattress, we moved downstairs to evaluate the base, base fabric and headboard options. The staff were always helpful, but never pushy or intrusive. We spent around an hour in the showroom, and due to delays in preparing our bedroom, did not actually order our bed (a king-sized Southdown on a pewter stone wash cotton divan with drawers) until mid September and it was delivered on 15th November. The delivery men were cooperative and assembled the bed. The bed felt, and continues to feel, luxurious and has been delightful to sleep on from day one. 5 months later we remain absolutely delighted with our purchase.
