Love my bed! B&S was great to deal with but I have less than favorable feedback for delivery. The men were great once they arrived but I had to chase at 3:10p when they were supposed to arrive between 1-3pm and I hadn't heard a word. I understand traffic happens in London but I expected a higher level of service on this front (i.e. At a minimum communication of delays). Once they arrived the gentlemen were friendly and professional.
