After looking at many shops online, and around London - have finally found this company.
Selection was easy- they told us to chose the “frame”/“mechanism”, then headrest, then material. Was very structured and good choices.
Bed arrived after sometime ( maybe 6-8 weeks?). Assembly was good.
So far ( 2 weeks ) very happy with the bed.
Our second contender was a very expensive bed ( £1.5k ) from Dreams. While this came out a little more expensive - the build is so much better.
