Very happy with the quality of the mattress - it is perfect for our 9.5 year old. He upgraded from a little green sheep mattress, which are very hard, this was fine for when he was younger but he definitely needed a new mattress. The tension is great, not too hard but also not too soft. So glad we invested in a good quality mattress to carry him through to the end of his teenage years. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery drivers were professional - they even took their shoes off without me asking! One thing that I thought was a bit strange was the lone sock. It just felt unnecessary and wasteful. If they wanted to gift a pair of socks, that would have been lovely and greatly received - they could gift a pair of socks and ask us to leave a review. I would have been happy to do so. But to leave just one sock, and force someone into leaving a review felt pushy and took away from the quality of the brand in my opinion.
