Showroom was great, the staff were very helpful in choosing colours and designs. Delivery was great, best deliverymen we've ever seen, polite, quick, sorted it all out exactly where we wanted it and took away the rubbish, no fuss. Bed is spot on, lovely fabric and finish, exactly the right size vs the mattress, doesn't slip or creak. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
