Received lots of fabric samples via post, and super happy with fabric I chose.
Went to showroom - super customer service (even returned a scarf I left there) and beds look exactly as online.
The delivery was as requested, and they constructed in the bedroom so didn't damage staircase or walls on way up.
Very happy with everything.
Bed v comfy (got B and S mattress too). Was concerned mattress may slide on base but does not at all.
The mattress was cheapest range firm, and it's just right for me - was pleased I'd tried out all the mattresses first.
