I was really happy with the customer service at B&S, I also visited Dreams - where it wasn't bad but just very standard as you would expect. Stephane at B&S was knowledgable and chill and left us to relax on the mattress which is so much better than standing around, these kind of purchases require some time and ability to relax. I had hard time choosing and communication over email was great, I never felt pressured so it made my life easier. The delivery and everything else was also smooth, overall good experience. AND importantly i am happy with my mattress. so i am recommending B&S to any friends now if they are looking.
