I was introduced to the brand via an instagram ad and was pleased to see that they had a showroom in London I could visit. From the moment I arrived the atomsphere was welcoming and friendly, the sales rep Vinmi answered all of my questions, provided fabric swatches and promplty followed up with an email quote for the bed i was interested in. I placed the bed order the following week and was kept updated throughout on the process and a delivery date was coordinated efficiently to align with my move in schedule. On the delivery day, the delivery team arrived promptly and set everything up within 20 minutes. The bed itself was everything I wanted, the color, design, and quality was superb and I was so pleased with my purchase! 10/10 would reccomend Button & Sprung for all your bed needs. what a great experience and lovely product. I have been happily enjoyng my beatiful bed the last 4 weeks and know i will cherish it for years to come.
