Excellent customer service and very happy with the bed. We found the staff helpful in advising about fabrics and whether the bed would fit up the stairs, and the mattress guide was spot on. I've only taken a star off because the bed was delivered a week later than it was meant to be, and because of what seemed like poor communication between B&S and the company that took away the old bed. We were given no time window that the recycling company would come, B&S were two hours early, and they ended up arriving at the same time. It worked out by chance but I'd have liked to have known in advance about timing. However both teams were efficient and friendly in removing the old bed and setting up the new one. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
