We were made very welcome when we first visited Button & Sprung. We were given a complete explanation of the different mattresses and headboards available ,and given time (with a coffee) to try out the different beds. At no time did we feel any obligation to place an order which made the visit very relaxed. When we placed the order we were in the process of moving house so arranged for delivery to what we thought would be our new home. However , due to delays we had to pospone the delivery and change the delivery address. None of this caused any issues with Button and Sprung for which we were very grateful. The team that delivered and assembled our bed were punctual, professional and considerate.
