We received a very comfortable mattress from Button & Sprung.
The store experience was ok, perhaps it was later in the day and they didn't have the full crew, but we had all the information we needed.
The delivery was also smooth, it was placed straight onto the bed frame for me, and they were respectful to remove their shoes without me asking.
Highly recommend!
