We have had a very positive experience at Button & Sprung when buying a new bed and mattress. Both times i visited the showroom the assistants were very helpful with advice, providing and ordering samples, explaining the differences between the various mattresses, and then allowing us time to try them without any pressure. We eventually bought a clearance bedframe, which just happened to be in the style and fabric we wanted, and ordered a new mattress to go with it which was all delivered and assembled as promised. Their customer service was excellent, and they make very good coffee in the showroom too!
