From the moment I set foot in the showroom, I felt I had come to the right place: beds and matresses are presented in a relaxing, airy and well organised space. Expert advice in on hand, and more guidance is available in the descriptions next to each product. I found the staff to be very attentive, both in advising and guiding customers, and in leaving them space to try the selected matresses for the time they need. I bought our King size divan bed and Perendale matress over the phone and my interaction with the customer service has been very pleasant and helpful, particularly in guiding me through the measurements for access at home. The delivery team was also wonderful: experienced, punctual and fast, without being hurried.
