The whole experience has been great from start to finish. I’ve just received a mattress (and have previously ordered headboards and beds for my kids). They have been responsive on email about my delivery and helpful about doing it when worked for me. They also kindly removed my old mattress, even when I hadn’t pre arranged it, like I should have! Thank you.
