The staff at the London shop were very welcoming and it was nice to see all the different beds, legs and fabrics in the shop. We were given plenty of time to browse around and ask questions. We opted for the Lavender bed, but in a customised height. There was an issue with our choice of one of their standard legs as they couldn't fit our bed frame. We were informed late after we'd ordered, but fortunately we were able to find something very similar from their supplier. We're very pleased with the quality of our bed, the service provided and the delivery. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. Carolyn & Nathan
