From the initial visit in the showroom to the delivery and assembly the whole process was flawless, and the lady who helped me in the showroom makes a cracking cup of tea :o) the beds are extremely well made and you can tell the quality from just looking at them. I can't comment on mattresses as I only got the bed frames. For my spare room I got a divan with drawers that slide in and out effortlessly, I am genuinely really chuffed with my purchases. When the chaps came with the delivery there was a piece of furniture in one of the rooms that needed moving out of the way and they moved it for me without me having to ask, very kind, thank you.
