Excellent customer service from beginning to end - even the delivery was unusually easy. They arranged a 2 hour slot, turned up on time, were very helpful and even took my old mattress away. The mattress is amazingly comfortable and my back pain is easing off. I haven't slept this well in ages! Also an excellent price for such a good quality mattress. I think there is a very slight smell to the mattress but it's only been a week and I'm confident this will fade. It certainly hasn't detracted from a great night's sleep!
