Excellent customer service from Mr. Black on August Bank Holiday Monday. We already knew we wanted to get our bed from B&S but the 'feeling' he left us with sealed the deal. He know his business and his passion and knowledge made the decision very easy. The craftsmanship and quality is the best we've seen and we have been looking for our perfect bed for 2 years. Glad we finally found it...Thank You B&S!
