These guys are fantastic. Honestly probably the best retail buying experience I've had fullstop - not just for a bed, for anything. My bed arrived today - exactly on the day that I was advised. The communication between purchase and delivery was consistent, via email and very friendly. The delivery drivers (2 of them) rang me 15 minutes before arriving to let me know what time they would be here and they were very polite, careful and efficient. It took them less than 30 minutes to fully assemble the bed and clear away all the rubbish. Really pleased with my purchase.
