The mattress is very comfy and was delivered faster than stated (in 3.5 weeks). It was delivered by very polite and friendly staff, who removed their shoes without being asked, took care placing the mattress perfectly on the bed, and removed my old mattress all extremely efficiently. I would definitely recommend, and I also enjoy knowing from the showroom staff that one of the sheep who contributes wool to the mattresses is called Colin!
