I was apprehensive to order a bed frame without seeing it in the flesh but I needn’t have been. I am delighted with it. The whole process from ordering the fabric swatches to the actual delivery was effortless. The website was easy to navigate and look at the different mix and match options. Once settled on the bed frame design and fabric placing the order was simple, as was the communication along the way. Everything ran to time. The delivery chaps were really pleasant, taking care to get the bed into my room of choice. The quality of the bed is fabulous so all that was left was for me to get a good nights sleep and the bed didn’t disappoint on that front either. A great service all round.
