We love our new bed and mattress. Everything went smoothly from order to delivery. There was a brief worry that the ottoman base wouldn't fit down the staircase but the delivery guys handled it professionally and found they could take the base apart into two pieces and then bring it down. Having now slept on the new mattress 2 nights I can already tell it is infinitely more comfortable than our old one and we love the extra large size too :-).
