5 Star. That’s all you really need to know. The customer service has always been exceptional from help choosing the right bed to keeping me updated on delivery. The guys who delivered the bed where also hard working and diligent making sure I was happy and tidying up before departing. The bed I purchased I’m more than delighted with. The bed appears very well made, of a strong construction, the craftsmanship shows in the finish of the bed. After a terrible experience dealing with 1 of B&S’s high street competitors it was a total pleasure doing business with the lovely people at Button & Spring
