We enjoyed our visit to the showroom - very easy looking at beds whilst kids were kept entertained with the TV! - and found the staff there to be helpful and relaxed. Delivery was within the timeframe that we were told and the delivery guys were extremely good. Our mattress nearly didn't fit up the stairs - we hadn't thought this through when opting for super king - but the two guys worked really hard and with a lot of effort they were able to get the mattress into the bedroom. Huge thanks to them. We love the bed and find it very comfy.
