I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for when I went to Button and Sprung looking for a mattress. Luckily for me the sales assistant was an expert and I spent a very happy 40 minutes trying out mattresses and learning about their different qualities. I now have a beautiful mattress that is so comfortable and gives me the best night's sleep. The customer service at Button and Sprung was excellent. I was kept informed of the anticipated delivery date, and also they were happy to answer questions about the size of linen I needed and even where to buy the best linen. Even the delivery men were polite and helpful. I can highly recommend Button and Sprung.
