I was very happy with the service provided by B&S, I felt the sales staff were very knowledgeable and we never felt under any pressure to buy. It was great that we could try out the mattresses in the shop and we actually ended up going for a larger & more expensive mattress than initially intended which I believe was the right decision for us. The fact that you are able to trial the mattress for 100 days was also a big factor in our decision and so far we are very happy with the comfort and look of our bed frame & mattress. The delivery men were great as well as the mattress was a tight fit and they had to do some creative maneuvering to make sure they were able to get it up our stairs & into the bedroom.
