Had to wait quite a while for delivery of the frame following ordering (originally quoted 8-12 weeks for delivery but it arrived in 7-8) and was disappointed that free mattress removal applied only when a frame and mattress were purchased together, but the ottoman frame is exactly what I wanted and the delivery crew were efficient and tidy. The sales team also sent loads of fabric swatches free as I was having difficulty finding the right colour for the headboard. In the end I am very happy with the frame.
