So I've written two reviews, both very positive. This one finishes the story. I bought a regular mattress but found it far, far too soft. (wife liked it, so it was me not any fault with the mattress, but for reference, the regular one is really soft!). A month or more later I asked if they could replace it with a firm version. They replied straight away, no problem at all. It took quite a while, but I think that's because they're actually making the mattresses. Then they gave me a date, and their delivery people came and collected the first mattress and replaced it with a firm one. The firm one is really good - very happy. I would say it's a medium-firm, having had much harder ones. It has good support, and very nice padding on top. The mattress is lovely, well made, comfortable. The customer service throughout has been personal, polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with - really rare nowadays, so I felt I had to come and write a review. All the way along it's felt like I was dealing with a real business staffed by real people who actually care about their customers. They deserve all the 5 star ratings.
