Great workshop and client services. Also very happy with out mattress and the service we received. Reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 is because I feel they could take their service up a notch seeing that the product is expensive. I initially struggled with the mattress as it had to settle down. I would of wanted to know what the experience may of been like so I would of been prepared knowing that initially the mattress wouldn't feel good as needed time. I also think they need to consider people's body weight & size because that impacts choosing the right mattress. Everything else is great, highly recommend their company and products. Will use again.
