Communication was first class. As we couldn't get to the store to try out the mattesses, we had a very helpful and detailed conversation with Dee. She explained the differences and after we explained what we were looking for, she tried each of the mattresses we were considering then recommended the one she thought was most suitable.
She was absolutely spot on and we are thrilled with the comfort and quality of the mattress we received.
