Firstly, I would like to commend Asif and all the team at Button & Sprung for their excellent customer service! Sadly not all companies make it a priority to provide their customers with such a high level of customer service. I would also like to extend our thanks to the lovely delivery guys, who were very polite, helpful and professional. The bed looks very luxurious and is sooooooooo comfortable, it's a dream to sleep on (excuse the pun!). The quality of the workmanship and the fabric is very good. My only comment is that I would have preferred the option of having casters rather than the gliders, I know gliders are the norm and work well on floorboards and laminate flooring, however I have found that the gliders do not work as well on some carpets. I like to regularly clean under the bed and find it much easier to move the bed if it is on casters. I choose the foxtail divan which has a beautiful full length headboard, the headboard is very heavy and even more so when it is attached to the divan. As a result I have found it very difficult to move the bed with the gliders, it requires quite a lot of muscle strength which sadly I do not have, I am glad however, that I opted not to have any drawers on the divan as had I done so this would have added more weight to the bed making it even more difficult for me to move. Having spoken to Asif he kindly advised me that there are companies which specialise in selling casters, so I am currently making enquiries. Thank you once again.
