Excellent customer service is always important, almost more so than the superb beds they offer. They have a wide range of mattress weights, bed styles and prices, all of superior quality. Delivery was very well organised and the staff mantling the bed were helpful, professional and did an excellent job, including removing my old mattress and all packaging. The 100 day no quibble guarantee is honoured with no problems at all if you find the bed is not as soft or firm as you would like once you have give the mattress a chance to bed in a little.
