Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy; I was worried about the bed delivery due to an awkward staircase. Martin requested photos so that he could brief the delivery men, and guided me on which measurements to take. He was incredibly helpful and I felt confident the bed would fit on delivery day. The delivery men were professional and quick, and I love our new bed! Excellent customer service and lovely products. I would recommend to any one.
