They were happy to help me buy a gift with my credit I had stored, unfortunately though even though it was my credit paid for in cash, as it was a credit I could get the discount they were offering of 24% off. This was disappointing as I had paid cash in the first place. Credit spend was £147 so 24% should have saved me £35.28 quite a lot really :(
