I have no problem with buyagift products and have used them for many years and customer service is excellent.
One huge minus though are cashback offers through Quidco which are declined even though all purchase criteria have been met. I have had to ask for refunds as the products purchased work out far more expensive than if cashback had been honoured. On the plus side refunds were readily given with an apology.
