I believed I had ordered afternoon tea for two for my 82 year old mother-in-law. She received a voucher which she mistook for junk mail. Having managed to sort that out and having had the tea for two delivered now, four days after her birthday, she's happy with her present. It needs to be much clearer on your website that the recipient of the gift will have to place the order, via a website, themselves on receipt of a voucher. I'd be interested to know what proportion of your vouchers are unclaimed.
