Misleading and disappointing.
‘Delivered by Christmas’ ended up being an envelope with instructions on how to book for ‘actual’ delivery online.
Emailed requesting delivery ASAP and have heard nothing back other than a stock response about delayed responses due to increase volume on the 23rd.
Fine any other time of the year, just don’t advertise as delivered by Christmas as many other options were available for food delivery at that time.
