The gift was great but the service not quite there. I was given an incorrect tracking number for Parcelforce. I rang Buyagift but was told that the problem was with the Parcelforce website but further investigation by me showed I was givens 12 digit number and DPD only use 9, 11 and 13 digit numbers. The gift was a surprise for a friends big birthday so I didn’t want to ring them so I emailed customer services but NEVER heard back. As it happened the gift arrived on the day. Won’t be using these guys again due to all the hassle..emails unanswered and phones calls. Shame.
