I ordered two separate items, one afternoon tea and one voucher for a book. As soon as it arrived, I tried to order the book only to be told that it wasn’t available. It suggested other things that I might want instead, but all of them had an extra charge involved, ranging from £9 to £100+
I don’t believe that the book should have been offered if there wasn’t plenty of availability. It is still available to purchase online. I’m really disappointed, especially as I don’t know if the other voucher is available either as I’m giving the voucher to a friend.
