My wife spent a considerable amount of time trying to redeem a voucher.
When the day for delivery came still no contact from Piglet's Pantry. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I finally spoke to somebody who told me that hadn't processed the order because they were too busy to answer the emails! and they can't employ anyone due to COVID. This is just a lame excuse. Of course they can - you can answer emails from home and you can train them via zoom.
I think they don't want the voucher business because it isn't generating enough cash.
Just avoid them - there are plenty of other small business like Piglet's Pantry that need you trade. Give it to them.
