I purchased a voucher, had to download and send it to seller with an email asking for my required date for delivery (week ahead), they replied saying I had to complete a new form and that the date for delivery I had requested was unavailable and gave me alternatives, I immediately completed the new form and resent only to be sent an email a day later saying that delivery date was unavailable and they wouldn’t be able to deliver my order until a week later, missing the date I needed the order by! Ordering voucher and emailing seller does not give you any control over when product is delivered so beware if time sensitive (I was ordering a week in advance)
