Terrible! I placed an order last week for a hamper to be delivered to South Africa. I then contacted Buyagift on Monday 12 April and I was told that due to the new EU regulations it may not be delivered. I was promised an email once they had spoken to the supplier. No email. I rang the next day on the Tuesday to be told no, it cannot be delivered then offered a refund! If this is the case surely, I shouldn’t have been able to place the order in the first place. Not impressed.
