Purchased afternoon tea and a trip down river in York. Over a week has passed and still unable to book it.
The process is to redeem the voucher on line but you can’t book the date online, you have to phone them, so several times I’ve done that now but they keep putting the phone down on me, can’t get to speak to anyone! So sent an email to which I have still had no response.
First and last time I’ll ever deal with this company.
