Ordered a package experience - helicopter ride with bubbly plus 3 course meal with wine. Booking the events was not a pleasant seamless experience. Did not realise that I would have do these separately. The dates I was able to get were months apart and the restaurant's exciting online menu was different from the 2nd class menu presented to us when we turned up. Don't get me wrong, they still had the exciting menu which I had seen on their website and was the same one on the table when we sat down. However, the waiter then presented us with an inferior looking menu with options we did not really like when he realised that we had a buyagift voucher and that dampened the experience, although the manager later decided to honour our menu choices from the main menu when I complained. I would not have bought the voucher if I had seen that menu online (I have gone back to search and they do not show their 'voucher' menu on their website nor at the time of booking the table or buying the experience)! Only the dessert menu had our original choice so do beware. Still waiting for the helicopter experience in October and hope that doesn't disappoint!
