I normally have no issue with this company and have bought a lot of spa days, but very dissatisfied this time as I picked an offer that had 2 nights stay and spa with treatment 3 courses meal and breakfast. So I ordered this as a present for my husband. I then tried to book it and was told that the spa treatment’s were fully booked and to book in November. If I wanted to book November, I would of waited until then. So now very disappointed ☹️
