The operator was good and tried to help but the manager was not helpful.
They cancelled my hotel booking last minute Abd tried to place me in hotel I didn’t want to as it had mixed reviews even at waivered price. I requested to nook from a diff website and they said they won’t give any help regarding that. They Don’t care if a customer has been stressed out.
