I bought a BUYAGIFT Vouchers for hotel accommodation but when I phoned the hotel to book the accommodation I was told to email my request even though they had a room available for the night requested. I waited three days after doing this as I needed to know that my booking was confirmed to be told I just had to wait until I heard further from them as they were busy due to Covid etc. However, as soon as I phoned customer services at BUYAGIFT, and made a complaint I was offered an immediate refund and was told that the relevant hotel would be contacted and removed from BUYAGIFT offers. It’s a shame this happened as I have purchased various vouchers from this company and had amazing deals.
