I bought my sister the River Cruise luncheon experience at York, and with it being her Wedding anniversary this weekend she tried to book it. She's tried many many times using the instructions given on the voucher (which wasn't cheap). She then rang to have the person hang up on her. So this has spoilt her anniversary celebrations. The voucher runs out in December. So I'd like to know what you can do about this appalling situation. I'm disgusted and to be honest if nothing can be done I'd like a refund and I'll treat her and her husband to a meal elsewhere.
