I ordered a Buy a gift high street dining voucher, 3 courses for 2 people. We choose to visit Zizzi at The Trafford Centre Manchester. When we arrived we were told that they had no buy a gift set menu's available but we could choose any 3 courses off the regular menu each. When the bill arrive they deducted £39 off the total bill, which meant we ended up paying an extra £20 for the difference in cost of the meals and 2 coke!! This was not explained and not what we ordered from Buy a gift. This was a very disappointing experience.
