I purchased the personalised lanterns and the colour of the lantern when I switched it on was more of an orange colour rather than a warm white colour as shown on the photos on the website. It looked like a Halloween decoration! I sent an email to complain, providing photos as evidence, and after repeating myself many times and a long wait I was finally told that that's the way it's supposed to be so there's nothing they can do about it. I was greatly disappointed and will not be ordering from this website again.
